Our campus is a unique environment where guests may be sleeping, studying, attending training or working overnight. To help everyone rest and focus, we observe the following quiet hours.
11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Shipping & receiving
Packages arrive at the Front Desk.
Incoming packages
All deliveries are held at the Front Desk.
Outgoing shipping
Shipping is available; all shipping and handling costs are paid by the guest.
Food safety
Refrigerated deliveries cannot be stored at The Brickyard.

Safety, privacy and shared spaces.
- Cookware, candles, incense, candle warmers and open flames are prohibited.
- Friends and family are welcome on the first floor only. Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms, elevators or stairwells.
- Guest rooms are limited to the assigned occupant only.
- Courtyard fire pits are available by request until one hour before quiet hours. Cooking or placing items in the fire is prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited across The Brickyard campus.
- Wellness checks may be conducted during your stay, including when a Do Not Disturb sign is displayed.
- Check-out is 12:00 PM. Late departures are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
- Purchases at The Brickyard accept credit/debit cards and mobile pay only.
